NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 3rd day of November, 2014, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-005668-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-HY2 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HY2 is the Plaintiff and CARMELO MORALES; MIRABELA AT LAVINA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, NA and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 7th day of January, 2015 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 99, LA VINA PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57,
PAGES 66 THROUGH 75,OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
