NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed 30th day of October, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-008663-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is Plaintiff and DIANA MCFARLANE AKA DIANA M. MCFARLANE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DIANA MCFARLANE AKA DIANA M. MCFARLANE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SUNTRUST BANK; AZALEA HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 6th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, OF AZALEA RIDGE, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 56-58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
