NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 8, 2014, and entered in THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE OF THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-56, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-56, is the Plaintiff and David J. Roberts; Deborah P. Roberts; Hunters Creek Community Association, Inc.; Tenant #1 nka Michael Cross; and, Tenant #2 nka Cindy Cross. are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on January 7, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
