The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00AM, on the 6th day of January, 2015, the following described property:
lot 68, enclave at lake jean, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 67, pages 13 through 20, of the public records of orange county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
