Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2012 CA 019642 O in the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association as Trustee as successor by merger to Lasalle Bank, National Association as Trustee for WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-AR13 Trust, Plaintiff, and, LAWRENCE HAWORTH, DECEASED, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00AM, on the 8th day of January, 2015, the following described property:
lot 122, butler bay, unit two, as per plat thereof; recorded in plat book 13, pages 59 and 60, of the public records of orange county, florida
