NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 26, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-007171-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-9AR, is Plaintiff, and POORAN ITWARU, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 13 day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 67, SUMMERPORT PHASE 5, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 58, at Page 124 through 134, inclusive, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
