NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on November 3, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-001636-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff, and DAVID GIRARD; VILLAS OF LAKE DESTINY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A EDWARD GIRARD; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Colleen M. Reilly will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.orange.realforeclose.com at 11:00 am. on the 5th day of January 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34, OF VILLAS OF LAKE DESTINY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 127,AND 128 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
