NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on June 25, 2014 in Civil Case No. 48-2009-CA-020354-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR RAMP 2005-RS8 is the Plaintiff, and LEONARD ROWLEY; »ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Eddie Fernandez will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.orange.realforeclose.com at 11:00 am. on the 5th day of January 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 42, CYPRESS SPRINGS TRACT 210, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 64 AND 65, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
