NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on September 10, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-006618-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, US BANK NA AS LEGAL TITLE TRUSTEE FOR TRUMAN 2012 SC2 TITLE TRUST is the Plaintiff, and EDMUND F. POIRIER, JR.; SHEILA POIRIER; PARKVIEW WEKIVA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Eduardo Fernandez will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.orange.realforeclose.com at 11:00 am. on the 10th day of March 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, OF PARKVIEW WEKIVA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, AT PAGE(S) 96 AND 97, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
