NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-002257-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT RELATING TO IMPAC SECURED ASSESTS CORP., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is Plaintiff and KARIM LAKHANI; BRIDGEWATER VILLAGE MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., A DISSOLVED CORPORATION; LEASECOMM CORPORATION; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCOPRORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR JUST MORTGAGE, INC.; SUMMERPORT RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUNJECT PROPERTY, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on January 6, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
