NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 12, 2014, and entered in Case No. 08-2010-CA-004013 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which CitiMortgage Inc, is the Plaintiff and Donald Fothergill AKA Donald E. Fotherhill, Unknown Heirs, Beneficiaries, Devisees, Assignees, Lienors, Credtrors, Trustees and all other who may claim an interest in the Estate of Donald E. Fothergill, Gloria Cunningham, Robert Wayne Fothergill, Roy Herbert Fothergill, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 16 day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 11, BLOCK 135, PORT HARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 10, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 20A THROUGH 20N, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
