NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 18, 2014, and entered in Case No. 08-2014-CA-000988 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which Bank of America, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Thomas E. Coates, Debra L. Lavender aka Debra Lavender Coates, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 2 day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
