The administration of the Estate of KATHLEEN A. BOURDOW, deceased, File No. 14 CP 1709, is pending in the Circuit Court for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 350 E. Marion Avenue, Punta Gorda, FL 33950. The estate is testate and the date of the decedent's Will and any Codicils are February 14, 2002 The names and addresses of the personal representative and the personal representative's attorney are set forth below.
All interested persons on whom the Notice of Administration is served must file objections that challenge the validity of the will, the qualifications of the personal representative, venue, or jurisdiction of this Court, by filing a petition or other pleading requesting relief with this Court, in accordance with the Florida Probate Rules, WITHIN THREE MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
All other creditors of the decedent and persons having claims or demands against the decedent's estate, including unmatured, contingent or unliquidated claims, must file their claims with this court WITHIN THREE MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
ALL CLAIMS AND OBJECTIONS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
