NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated NOVEMBER 24, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-001779CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which Onewest Bank, FSB, is the Plaintiff and Carolyn V. Seaton; United States of America, Acting on Behalf of The Secretary Of Housing And Urban Development; and Premium Asset Recovery Corporation, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 14TH day of JANUARY, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
