NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 24, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13002344CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which Onewest Bank, FSB, is the Plaintiff and Donna Brooks; Stephanie Sours; Stephen Jon Brainard A/K/A Stephen Sours; Heirs, Beneficiaries, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienor, Creditors, Trustees, And All Other Parties Claiming An Interest By, Through, Under Or Against The Estate Of Chester L. Sours, Deceased; United States Of America, Acting On Behalf Of The Secretary Of Housing And Urban Development And All Other Unknown Parties Claiming Interests By, Through, Under, And Against A Named Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Same Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 14 day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
