Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered by the Court on November 25, 2014, in Case No.: 13-003225-CA in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which BLAIR LOVEJOY LEE A/K/A BLAIR LOVEJOY, JANICE CARTER-LOVEJOY, and STEVEN CARTER-LOVEJOY, are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on JANUARY 21, 2015, the following described property as set forth in the Consent Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:

BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED BY FEE SIMPLE QUIT CLAIM DEED FROM RICHARD H. DENNIS AND BLAIR LOVEJOY, JOINTS WITH RIGHT OF SURVIVORSHIP TO RICHARD H. DENNIS, BLAIR LOVEJOY AND ROGER S. LEE, DATED 07/17/1997 RECORDED ON 07/23/1997 IN OR BOOK 1547, PAGE 247. BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED BY FEE SIMPLE QUIT CLAIM DEED FROM ROGER S. LEE, A MARRIED MAN TO BLAIR LOVEJOY LEE AND RICHARD H. DENNIS, DATED 03/11/2003 RECORDED ON 03/13/2003 IN OR BOOK 02187, PAGE 1158 IN CHARLOTTE COUNTY RECORDS. STATE OF FL. PLEASE NOTE: DDED IN OR BOOK 2187, PAGE 1158 CONVEYS TO BLAIR LOVEJOY LEE.
