NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 1, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 13-CC-2351 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Lobby, Third Floor Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida at 11:00 a.m. on the 5 day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot #19 Jade Dr., Enchanting Shores Co-op, Inc., a Cooperative Mobile Park, according to Exhibit “A” (Plot Plan) of the Master form Exclusive Right of Possession, recorded in Official Record Book 1328, pages 1686 through 1765 and amended and restated in Official Records Book 4221, pages 2144 through 2187, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida. To Have and to Hold the same unto Assignee, and Assignee's executors, administrators, legal representatives, heirs, distributes, successors, and assigns, on and after the date hereof. For the all the rest of the term of said lease, subject to the covenants, conditions, and limitations therein contained. (the “Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
