NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 25, 2014, entered in Case No. 11-CA-4027 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of October 1, 2006, GSAMP Trust 2006-HE7, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-HE7 is the Plaintiff and Greti Villa; Ranferi Villa; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for Mortgage Lenders Network, USA, Inc.; CACH, LLC are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the January 5, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 59, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 50, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 82 AND 83, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
