NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 3 day of December, 2014, in Civil Action No. 14-CA-001934, of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which JEREMY S. BONGLE and UNKNOWN TENANTS, are the Defendants, and PELICAN RIDGE OF NAPLES ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 5 day of January, 2015, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:

Parcel 39-2, Phase III, Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot 2, Tract B, Pine Ridge Second Extension Replat as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 57 and 58 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, thence South 00Ëš 59' 42'' East along the East boundary of said Lot 2 a distance of 1213.78 feet; thence South 89Ëš 00' 36'' West 338.34 feet, thence North 00Ëš 59' 24'' West 106.82 feet for Place of Beginning;
Thence continuing North 00Ëš 59' 24'' West 34.82 feet; thence North 89Ëš 00' 36'' East 39.80 feet; thence South 00Ëš 59' 24'' East 20.49 feet; thence North 89Ëš 00' 36'' East 10.74 feet; thence South 00Ëš 59' 24'' East 14.33 feet; thence South 89Ëš 00' 36'' West 50.54 feet to the Point of Beginning.
