NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Rem, dated November 14, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 12-CA-2835, in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which GEORGE A. WILSON, AS TRUSTEE OF THE DANIEL L. JERRY REVOCABLE TRUST DATED 5/27/2004 is Plaintiff, and KIMBERLY M. FRY is a Defendant, The Clerk of Court will sell at a public sale to the highest bidder for cash at the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, on January 5, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. the following described property located in Collier County, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
The East 75 feet of the West 150 feet of Tract 61, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 96 According to the plat thereof recorded in PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 94 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida
together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNERS AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
Pursuant to Florida Statute 45.031, this Notice shall be published twice, once a week for two consecutive weeks, with the last publication being at least five (5) days prior to the sale.
