NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 3, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-2013-CA-002194-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and CHARLES J. MCHUGH III; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHARLES J. MCHUGH III; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), NA; STATE OF FLORIDA AGENCY FOR WORKFORCE INNOVATION UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION SERVICES BENEFIT PAYMENT CONTROL SECTION; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ON THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES in COLLIER County, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 5 day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF THE EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT 72 GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 71 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5 AT PAGE 7 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
