NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned Clerk of the Court in Collier County, Florida, will on the 5 day of January, 2015 at 11:00 am Collier County Courthouse, in the Lobby on the 3rd Floor, Hugh D Hayes Annex, Naples, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situate in Collier County, Florida:
Unit No. 1909, situated in Tower No.1 of SOUTH SEAS NORTHWEST CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS OF MARCO ISLAND, as so designated in the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 889, at Page 1634 through 1771, and any Amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with an undivided 1/418th interest as tenant in common in the Common Elements of the Property described in the Declaration of Condominium.
Pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the above style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other that the property of the owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
