NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE IN THE COUNTY COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
CIVIL ACTION
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on January 5, 2015, at 11:00 o'clock, a.m. in the on the Lobby third floor of courthouse annex, of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Unit No. U-104, PIPER'S POINTE, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium, recorded in Official Records Book 1570, Page 1927 through 2006 and any amendments thereto all in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida; together with all appurtenances thereunto appertaining and specified in said Declaration of Condominium. Together with the exclusive right to use parking space number U-104.
pursuant to the order of final judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is:
PIPER'S POINTE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.,
Plaintiff, vs.
PHIL J. MULLIN and WINNIFRED M. JACKSON-LESTER,
Defendants.
And the docket number of which is 12-1373-CA.
Any person claiming of an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
