NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 18, 2013 and entered in Case No. 0805943CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS TRUSTEE, SERIES SUPPLEMENT, DATED AS OF DECEMBER 1, 2006, POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF DECEMBER 1, 2006 MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-QS17, is Plaintiff and PAUL A. SABATINO, Unknown Spouse of Paul A. Sabatino, Heritage Bay Single Family Home I, Inc., Heritage Bay Umbrella Association, Inc., Heritage Bay Golf & Country Club Inc., National City Bank, John Doe and Jane Doe, are Defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 5 day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
