NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, will on the 28th day of January, 2015, at 11:00 AM, at Foreclosure sales conducted on internet: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Manatee County, Florida:
Condominium Unit 318, RAINTREE, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 756, Page 498, as amended from time to time, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 6, Pages 40-47, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, together with Garage # 227.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
