SAID SOUTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE, A DISTANCE OF 232.80 FEET; THENCE S 00°12'09”E, 177.56 FEET; THENCE N 81°55'46”W, 221.71 FEET TO A POINT ON THE AFOREMENTIONED EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF BRENDLE ROAD; THENCE N 00°12'09”W, ALONG SAID EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE, A DISTANCE OF 64.07 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
