NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-003852 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Federal National Mortgage Association, Plaintiff and Nicolette J. Shaffer are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on January 2, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE WEST SIXTY-NINE FEET (69') OF LOT SIXTEEN (16), BELAIR SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; ALSO, THE SOUTH ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO FEET (132') OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LAND: BEGIN AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT ONE (1), BELAIR SUBDIVISION AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE S 00°38' 15” WEST, ALONG THE WEST LINE OF LOTS ONE (1) AND SIXTEEN (16) OF SAID BELAIR SUBDIVISION, TWO HUNDRED SIXTY FOUR FEET (264') TO THE NORTH LINE OF 2ND AVENUE WEST; THENCE N 89°12'05” WEST, EIGHT FEET (8'); THENCE N 00°38'15” EAST, TWO HUNDRED SIXTY FOUR FEET (264'); THENCE S 89°12'05” EAST, EIGHT FEET (8') TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
