NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 4, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2014CA002485AX, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-2, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and MARY LOU BRUENNING, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 6th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK A, BAYSHORE GARDENS SECTION NO. 6, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 59 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
