APARTMENT 96, VILLAGER APARTMENTS, UNIT NO. 5, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 412, PAGE 283, AND CERTIFICATE OF MERGER RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1279, PAGE 2363, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 1, PAGE 85, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
