Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure entered in the above-styled Case Number 2014-CA-004258, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, that the Clerk of Court will sell the following property, in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Unit No. 235, Phase I of Valencia Garden Condominiums II, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 897, Page 1430, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
said property having a street address of 3500 El Conquistador Parkway, Unit 235, Bradenton, FL 34210, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on January 6, 2015. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
