LOT 4, BLOCK 2507, 50TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
COMMONLY KNOWN AS: 6299 MYRTLEWOOD ROAD, NORTH PORT, FL 34287
