NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, will on the 6th day of January, 2015, at 9:00 AM, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Sarasota County, Florida:
UNIT 5, BURNS COURT ENCLAVE, A CONDOMINIUM F/K/A LANE CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE AMENDED AND RESTATED DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. INSTRUMENT NO. 2005189181, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 38, PAGE 11 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
