NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 25 November, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-007833 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Morgan Stanley Loan Trust 2005-5AR, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-5AR, is the Plaintiff and Doreen B. Kaney, as co-Trustee Under the Provisions of the Edward R. Seitz Revocable Trust Dated March 24, 2005, or Any Successor Trustee, Edward R. Seitz, Edward R. Seitz, as co-Trustee Under the Provisions of the Edward R. Seitz Revocable Trust Dated March 24, 2005, or Any Successor Trustee, Tenant #1 n/k/a Bjorn Nagle, Tenant #2 n/k/a Svetlana Nagle, The Unknown beneficiaries of the Edward R. Seitz Revocable Trust Dated March 24, 2005, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 6th of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
