NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated 4th day of November, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013CA005313NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein BANKUNITED, N.A. is Plaintiff and ALAN REISINGER A/K/A ALAN J. REISINGER; DONNA REISINGER A/K/A DONNA J. REISINGER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; PIER 550 CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 5th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 5, MONACO BUILDING, PIER 550, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1245, PAGE 1521, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 11, PAGES 6, 6A AND 6B OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
