NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 2, 2014, entered in Case No. 13-CA-051304 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S Bank National Association, as Trustee for Homebanc Mortgage Trust 2005-1 Mortgage Backed Notes, Series 2005-1 is the Plaintiff and Thomas E. Carter; Carol H. Carter; Unknown Tenant #1 Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the January 16, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 18, UNIT 14, SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 74, RECORD OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
