NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 24, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2012 CA 009004 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR DEUTSCHE MORTGAGE SECURITIES, INC., MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2004-4 is Plaintiff and IF LIVING, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, SOUTH VENICE CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC. DEFAULTED , RICHARD W. HEMINGWAY, SUSAN HEMINGWAY, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 NKA MYLES HEMINGWAY, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2 NKA KYLE MCCLENITHAN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD W. HEMINGWAY, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SUSAN HEMINGWAY, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8th day of January, 2015 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 2142 AND 2143, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT NO. 7 AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
