NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 5, 2014, and entered in 58-2014-CA-002380NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE SARM 2004-18 TRUST FUND is the Plaintiff and SCOTT D. MCDONALD A/K/A SCOTT MCDONALD; GERTRUDE G. MCDONALD A/K/A GERTRUDE MCDONALD; BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; MAGNOLIA POND HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on January 05, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 38, MAGNOLIA POND, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 38, 38A, 38B, AND 38C, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
