NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule the Foreclosure Sale Date entered in Civil Case No. 2012 CA 007034 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC LOAN SERVICES, LLC AS SERVICING AGENT FOR PENNYMAC LOAN TRUST 2011-NPL1 is Plaintiff and HAROLD W. SLATER & ANNE ELIZABETH SLATER, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Sarasota County's On Line Public Auction website: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M., on January 7, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LAND, SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF SARASOTA, STATE OF FLORIDA, TO WIT:
LOTS 6168 AND 6169, SOUTH VENICE SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 24, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
