NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2014CA-051156 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association, as Trustee, successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Washington Mutual Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates WMALT Series 2006-8 Trust, Plaintiff and Peter D. Ferragi and Kathleen Ferragi, Husband and Wife and Michael D. Ferragi and Traci Ferragi, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on January 5, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
