NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 3 day of December, 2014, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-051369, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II, INC., BEAR STEARNS MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST 2006-AR5, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR5 is the Plaintiff and JACQUELINE DEL CARMEN RIVERA A/K/A JACQUELINE RIVERA A/K/A JACQUELINE D. RIVERA U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST 2006-SL6, MORTGAGE BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-SL6 SANDOVAL COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. CARLOS GRANADOS; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
