NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 3, 2014, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-050158, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON MORTGAGE SECURITIES CORPORATION TRUST 2004-4, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-4 is Plaintiff and ANDRE WACASEY; SIMONE THOMPSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANDRE WACASEY; CITY OF CAPE CORAL, FLORIDA; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 7 day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT (S) 23 & 24, BLOCK 678, CAPE CORAL UNIT 21, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE(S) 149 THROUGH 173, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
