Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 14-CA-050553, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-5CB, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-5CB is the Plaintiff, and NEVIN T. MEYER A/K/A NEVIN MEYER; STEFAN M. MEYER A/K/A STEFAN MEYER; »ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on January 21, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 69 AND 70, BLOCK 2068, OF CAPE CORAL UNIT 31, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 163, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
