NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 14-CA-050544, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff, and ANGELA CRABTREE A/K/A ANGELA CRABTREE MELOY A/K/A NEE CRABTREE A/K/A L; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANGELA CRABTREE A/K/A ANGELA CRABTREE MELOY A/K/A NE; WILLIAM MELOY AKA WILLIAN T MELOY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on January 21, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 11 AND 12, BLOCK 983, UNIT 26, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 117 THROUGH 148, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
