NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-000990-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein The Bank Of New York Mellon F/K/A The Bank Of New York,, As Trustee For The Holders Of The Certificates, First Horizon Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series Fhams 2006-Fa2, By First Horizon Home Loans, A Division Of First Tennessee Bank National Association, Master Servicer, In Its Capacity As Agent For The Trustee Under The Pooling And Servicing Agreement, Plaintiff and Tamara A. Ruben a/k/a Tamara Ruben and Jesse C. Ruben are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on January 9, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
