NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 4, 2014, entered in Case No. 13-CA-053361 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and John Wilson Davis; Joanne Stock Davis; Country Lakes Owners' Association, Inc.; The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association F/K/A The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. as Successor in Interest to JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, as Indenture Trustee for GMACM Home Equity Loan Trust 2006-HE1, Any and all Unknown Parties Claiming By, though, Under and against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; Unknown Tenant(s) whose name is fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the January 7, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

TOGETHER WITH A 1992 MERITT MOBILE HOME, IDENTIFICATION NUMBER FLHMBT40633595A and FLHMBT40633595B TITLE NUMBERS 63327362 and 63327361
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
