NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 4, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-052528 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and FRANK C. WILLIAMSON (DECEASED), TRUSTEE OF THE FRANK C. WILLIAMSON REVOCABLE TRUST DATED FEBRUARY 4, 2010, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 7 day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, 17, AND 18, BLOCK 314, UNIT 7, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 101 AND 128, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
