RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed December 3, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 019887 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE OF THE HOMEBANC MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-4, is Plaintiff, and BETH R. TOSSETT, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 08 day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Condominium Unit 102, Building 8, Admirals Walk, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Instrument Number 2005102528, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
