NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 25, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 11-CA-052909 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, at 9 a.m. on 4 day of March, 2015 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
Lots 21 and 22, Block 1293, Unit 18, Cape Coral Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 110, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
