NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Non-Jury Trial on December 4, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 2013 CA 050418 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9 a.m. on 4 day of March, 2015 on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Unit 122 of MANGROVE BAY, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 2138, page 4303 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
