Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 36-2012-CA-050808, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2006-13, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-13 is the Plaintiff, and JEREMY STEWART; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEREMY STEWART; GLADIOLUS PRESERVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES,
OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
